Emily Doan

Associate Vice President, Asset Management

Emily Doan is an Associate Vice President on MSIG’s asset management team and is primarily responsible for overseeing the ongoing management of the firm’s investment portfolio across its verticals.

Emily is actively involved in asset-level operating decisions as well as the accounting and reporting functions of the firm’s investment vehicles. Emily works closely with MSIG’s Executive Committee and investment team to mitigate portfolio-level risk and ensure a seamless execution throughout the investment cycle.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining MSIG, Emily was an Associate at Ernst & Young (EY) in Los Angeles, CA within the firm’s Audit and Assurance Services group. At EY, Emily was responsible for substantive testing areas and financial statement audits for leading global real estate investment managers.

Education

Emily received a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
