The Cove at Covington Town Center, once developed, will be a 350-unit Class-A, garden-style multifamily community comprised entirely of market-rate units across eight, three-story walk-up buildings and 16 townhomes.

The project will incorporate a mix of studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts that will be developed on a 24.02-acre site that sits approximately 35 miles east of downtown Atlanta, offering direct access via I-20. The project sits in the heart of Covington Town Center, a 170-acre mixed-use masterplan that will include a national grocer, movie theater, three hotels, office/flex space, and outparcel retail.

The Cove is strategically located in the path of growth within the Atlanta–Sandy Springs–Roswell MSA, which has seen rapid employment and population advances in recent years due to its low relative cost of living and taxes, strong infrastructure investment, and business-friendly policies.
