Claire Benhayon

Associate Vice President, Asset Management

Claire Benhayon is an Associate Vice President on MSIG’s asset management team and is primarily responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations and startegy implementations across the firm’s portfolio.

Claire is actively involved in all facets of MSIG’s asset and portfolio management processed and works closely with the firm’s senior investment professionals and investment committee throughout the lifecycle of MSIG’s portfolio.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining MSIG, Claire was a Senior Associate within Clarion Partners’ multifamily asset management division in Los Angeles, CA where she oversaw a portfolio that was valued at approximately $2 billion. Prior to joining Clarion, Claire was an Analyst within Duff & Phelps real estate advisory division in Los Angeles, CA where she worked on asset and portfolio valuations for institutional investment managers.

Education

Claire received a B.S. with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in Dallas, TX.
