Rental Housing

We focus primarily on the development and acquisition of wood-frame multifamily communities in high growth corridors throughout the U.S. across primary, secondary, and select tertiary MSAs.

We develop and acquire conventional multifamily, single-family build-for-rent, and student housing communities in suburban and infill locations, with a preference for surface-parked communities in submarkets that have strong secular fundamentals (tier-I universities with respect to student housing). We seek strategically located sites and differentiated product offerings that we believe will generate attractive stabilized yields relative to prevailing cap rates.

±75-to-300-unit wood-frame communities that are generally surface parked

National; suburban submarkets of primary MSAs and more infill submarkets of secondary and select tertiary MSAs (tier-I universities with respect to student housing)
