Monument Square Investment Group and ARTISAN Capital Group Joint Venture Closes on the Acquisition of College Town Oxford, a 1,018-bed student housing community at Ole Miss

A partnership between Monument Square Investment Group and ARTISAN Capital Group has acquired College Town Oxford (the “Property”). The Property is a 2013-2016-vintage, 1,018-bed (268-unit) cottage-style student housing community located in Oxford, MS approximately 1.7 miles west of the University of Mississippi campus. The Property offers a mix of two-, three-, four-, and five-bed detached townhomes ranging from approximately 1,400 SF to 2,400 SF and has a best-in-market amenity set anchored by an 8,600 SF clubhouse and 6,500 SF resort-style pool deck.
