Monument Square Investment Group and Walton Street Capital Joint Venture Acquires Cottage Row Stillwater, a 792-bed student housing community serving Oklahoma State University

A partnership between Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”) and Walton Street Capital (collectively the “JV”) has acquired Cottage Row Stillwater (the “Property”). The Property is a 2013-vintage, 792-bed (231-unit) cottage-style student housing community located in Stillwater, OK approximately 2.5 miles northeast of the Oklahoma State University (“OSU”) campus. The Property is an approximate seven-minute drive to OSU and is adjacent to the primary local retail corridor on Perkins Road. As of the JV’s acquisition, the Property was 96.3% occupied for the 2024-2025 academic year (“AY”) and 99.1% pre-leased for the 2025-2026 AY.
