Monument Square Investment Group Promotes Nate Nearhood to Director, Investments

Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”) has promoted Nate Nearhood to Director, Investments. Nate is a member of MSIG’s investment team and is responsible for the sourcing and structuring of prospective portfolio investments across the firm’s verticals, as well as co-leading MSIG’s student housing acquisitions nationwide. Nate is actively involved in all facets of the firm’s investment process and works closely with the firm’s Partners, Investment Committee, and asset management team throughout the lifecycle of MSIG’s portfolio.
