Zac Leichtman-Levine is a Managing Partner at MSIG and is responsible for overseeing MSIG’s investment activities and portfolio-level and firmwide risk management.

Zac is actively involved in creating and implementing MSIG’s vision and mission, as well as forming the firm’s investment strategies and verticals. Zac manages the firm’s investment professionals and, alongside Ben, directs the firm’s investment strategies and verticals.

Prior Experience

In 2013, Zac founded the Levine Leichtman Family Office (“LLFO”) where he serves as its President and sits on the Executive and Investment Committees. Zac is responsible for overseeing the firm’s strategic direction, investment strategies and the execution and ongoing asset management of its portfolio investments.

Prior to forming LLFO, Zac was a member of the Corporate Finance team at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), a global middle market private equity firm with approximately $9 billion in AUM. Zac was primarily responsible for the diligence, underwriting and execution of new portfolio investments for the firm’s various investment funds.

Education

Zac received a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from the University of Southern California.
