Fabian Way is a 24,000 SF portfolio comprised of two free-standing, single-story concrete tilt-up flex/R&D office buildings in Palo Alto, CA.

The partnership plans to reposition the project as a life science campus and will implement a comprehensive capital improvement program aimed at modernizing the exterior façades and interiors, including ±50% bioscience laboratory space. Post-renovation, the project will cater to  a broad spectrum of prospective users (e.g., therapeutics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical device, and robotics).

The project sits in an infill location in one of the top life science clusters in the U.S. and is strategically located less than 0.5 miles south of U.S. Route 101, immediately adjacent to three Google-owned R&D office buildings and an Alexandria Real Estate Equities (NYSE: ARE)-owned 23-acre R&D campus, and less than four miles from Stanford University and Stanford Research Park. The project is located on the southern end of the Bay Area’s core life science cluster and is proximate to all Silicon Valley venture capital, incubator, technology, and biotechnology nodes.
