Monument Square Investment Group, in Partnership with Birtcher Anderson & Davis, Closes on the Acquisition of a 10.4-Acre Industrial Site in Jurupa Valley, CA

Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”) and Birtcher Anderson & Davis (“BA&D”, jointly the “JV”) have  acquired a 10.4-acre site at the end of the Troy Court cul-de-sac in Jurupa Valley, CA. The JV is planning to develop three institutional-quality mid-box industrial buildings on the site (the “Project”) totaling approximately 190,000 NRSF.
