Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”), in conjunction with Haven Communities (“Haven”, jointly the “JV”), has acquired a 24-acre site within the Covington Town Center (“CTC”) masterplan in Covington, GA. The JV plans to immediately commence construction on The Cove at Covington Town Center, a 350-unit multifamily community.
